We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As service provider we are liable for own content on these pages under § 7 (1) TMG. Under §§ 8–10 TMG we are not obliged to permanently monitor third-party information.
Obligations to remove or block illegal information stand. Liability only attaches from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification we will remove offending content immediately.
