01How does the 14-day trial work?
You get 100 free credits to test all features. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged during the trial. After 14 days, your €18/month subscription begins automatically. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
02What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional credits you purchase are available until used and never expire.
03Can I buy more credits during the trial?
Yes. You can purchase additional credits at €0.10 each anytime during your trial or subscription.
04How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
05What payment methods do you accept?
