We believe in straightforward pricing so you know exactly what to expect. Our model is designed to let you test the service for free and then pay only for what you use.

Free Tier: Get Started Risk-Free

Every new account automatically receives 5 free product matches. This allows you to:

• Test the accuracy of our AI matching.
• Try out both the default Google Taxonomy and your own custom taxonomies.
• Experience the workflow without any commitment.

These 100 Free Credits reset daily at 5:00 AM UTC, giving you a chance to perform small tests regularly.

Credit System: Pay-As-You-Go

Once you've used your free matches for the day, further product matching requires credits.

• 2 Credits = 1 Product Match: Each product row in your CSV or pasted data consumes two credits when processed.
• Cost: Each credit costs €0.10 EUR (so each match costs €0.20 EUR since it requires 2 credits).
• Minimum Purchase: Credits are purchased via the dashboard, with a minimum purchase of 100 credits (€10.00 EUR). You can buy any amount above this minimum.
• No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
• Non-Refundable: Please note that purchased credits are non-refundable.

How Purchasing Works

1. Run Out of Credits: When you attempt to match more products than your available free matches + credits allow, the process will stop.
2. Prompt to Buy: The Matcher page will display an error message indicating insufficient credits and show a "Buy Credits" button.
3. Purchase via Dashboard: You can also proactively buy credits anytime from your Dashboard. Enter the desired number of credits (minimum 100) and click the "Buy Credits" button.
4. Stripe Checkout: You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout page to complete the payment.
5. Credits Applied: Upon successful payment, the purchased credits are automatically added to your account balance, which you can see on your Dashboard.
