Terms of Service. Plain English, plain law.

When you create an account, the information you give us must be accurate, complete and current. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for everything done under your account — whether the password is with us or with a connected third party (Google, Shopify, JTL).

A new account ships with a 14-day trial including 100 credits. After the trial, your subscription is €18/month with 500 credits per cycle.

• Each successful match consumes one credit.
• Subscription credits reset at the start of every billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Additional credits (purchased at €0.10 each) stay until used.

Unused credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those sites.

Read their terms and privacy policies before relying on them.

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Period-end access is preserved. Survival clauses (ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, ignoring conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue is Augsburg unless mandatory consumer-protection law dictates otherwise.

Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver. If a clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.
